I can no longer sleep at night thanks to casuuuumo ... I've been waiting for 7 days on my payout of 10 tsd and still nothing has happened...:( the support keeps saying that it is in processing etc...but 1 week check there is something wrong...! I play for years there and have often paid out but never had any problems....
Can someone please help me am desperate

Hi,Casumo is very slow lately,the more you bug Casumo the slower they get,I speak from experience.Stay patient and don't gamble away your win,Casumo is very keen on that,that's why they are stalling.You will get your money,believe me,you just have to be patient.I think latest on Monday you will get your money
