My complaint is against the BluVegas Casino. namely, I got an advertising mail in which a Deposit bonus of 200% + 100 free spins with a minimum deposit of 20 € stood. after depositing the 20 €, it was suddenly said that the minimum deposit was 25 € and I would therefore have no right to this bonus. after a long back and forth with the support in chat, I then still received the bonus. After I had played a few rounds I looked at the state of my wagering and found that they have given me a wagering ×70 instead of the bonus specified ×35. Again wrote to support, but they said only that they can not change anything because my balance would otherwise sink to 0 € and alternative they did not want to compensate for their mistake...
