i have to vent - I play regularly and with pleasure in casinos and love the forum here. At Rizk I play only since about 1 week and have also won directly with a small Deposit 200 € . Without bonus etc. Now they want Verification ok no problem everything uploaded and sent - but today 24 hours later annoy me . They want an original PDF account statement...
I have as always sent my screen shots of the last account movements - address proof current invoice and ID copy and home page of my online banking sent and they want the complete statements. That's awesome I don't want to give them my bank statements that's private ... two pages of the last 4 days are enough ...
I think that does not make a good impression of this casino...
what do you advise me?
