Hello together,
i would appreciate your advice. I am on the verge of despair
Deposited yesterday at Dreamz 2x 300 via Trustly but the total 600 euros were not visible on the game account.
Message from the website:
Amount exceeds deposit... and will be available the next business day
Today my luck at Betsson tried a few times deposited via trustly... Deposit was successful but gambled away ..in the game mania last deposited 1000Euro... but the same message of the website

What can I do? I would prefer to reverse the deposits...

with Trustly, in Germany it is usually the case that 200€ is available immediately when you Deposit it (the limit can sometimes vary from casino to casino). Deposits above the limit are usually transmitted as normal "transfers", so they are usually available after 24 hours (sometimes it can take longer). It then depends on the respective bank and the cooperation with Trustly how fast the payments are made
Finally, you have to keep in mind that the money is only debited from the account afterwards when depositing via Trustly. The gambling Provider therefore first makes an advance payment and then receives the money later. Trustly only informs that the payment has been successfully instructed. If anything happens because the bank does not allow payments to foreign gambling providers, for example (was the case with Commerzbank in the past), the company can be stuck with the costs. I think the limit is to protect the companies from such problems with higher payments. At Trustly, you can read about this in the FAQs:
The instant deposit limit is set by the individual merchants and limits the amount that can be transferred immediately via Trustly
When the instant deposit limit is reached, you will receive a message that the corresponding transaction will not be executed immediately. You can then still proceed with the transfer or cancel it. If you proceed with the transfer, it will take 1 to 2 business days. Please also note that holidays and weekends may additionally delay the process.
To what extent such transactions can be reversed, I can't tell you. You would have to ask Trustly about that. Trustly has a contact form (https://services.trustlylabs.com/contact-support/) and a phone support ( +44 20 3917 4826 ). There is apparently only an English support.
You may also be able to cancel the payment at the bank - but I have no experience with that

Thank you Christoph for the answer. The amount was already debited from the bank account... I have instructed that myself with mobile TAN...but at the Dealer arrived nothing.
Oh man are the 1600Euro now in Nirvana:(

To reassure I had already several times in the order of magnitude at Thrills.com. Since it went from 2000€ not the money was then credited in the casino the next morning

If you Deposit with Trustly, when you select the bank, it usually says "Next banking day" or "Instant deposit" in small letters.
Most banks say "Next banking day", only a few banks, such as ING, handle the deposit instant.
