Hi, I have a 3-digit amount open in one of my offices, I've been trying to verify myself for about a month now, but my documents are constantly being rejected with absolutely stupid reasons... I don't have a home phone, only a cell phone, so I uploaded my cell phone bill and was told that cell phone bills are not allowed....then i uploaded an account statement and only the original is allowed (no digital ones!).....but i only get digital ones and the electricity/gas/water bills are not in my name....they probably block me directly when i upload them....i have also uploaded other documents, but they always refer to my cell phone bill although i don't upload them anymore? Do you have any ideas? It really sucks....it's no fun anymore....I have a similar problem in another shop...where they keep saying that the payment has failed please try again and then they always say 7 days waiting time until processing 🤮

I would upload the subletting contract and then the electricity bill from the landlord or something and try to explain it to them, the registration address is there on your ID? Normal bank statements in PDF format are always accepted. Yes, it's stupid if you don't have your own apartment in your own name for such verifications, but the casino financial departments only follow their rules and you have to do exactly what they say if there is no other agreement via email or chat. And don't just send them things that are only half as good and keep hoping that it will go through, it's no use.

I did the proof of address at the beginning of the year with a letter from my health Insurance company. I had it to hand anyway and tried without much hope. It was accepted.

Yes, I have already uploaded a number of documents, including documents from my health Insurance company, car insurance company and also from the government.... sometimes it even says "you are fully verified" and then when it comes to the payout again, it is reset to "Verification incomplete".... wanted to try again now to get account statements directly from the bank....no idea if that works....the machine doesn't spit any out because i'm registered for the online procedure it says 😖

I would be interested to know which casino it is.

You can also get a current registration certificate from the residents' registration office, it would be worth a try.

That with the registration certificate would be another idea... I will probably try it and report.... But I suspect that the answer will be "please no mobil bill" again

Simply change your name and address on the electricity bill. In your name. You can do this with Photoshop or similar. Nobody will be interested afterwards anyway.

This is called data falsification. Maybe even punishable in the end? And besides, most casinos have programs that recognize changes to a PDF file or other files. So it's not so easy to just run Photoshop over it.

old this is sent as a photo...just use a bit of clue & the original file name & if that's still too illegal, delete the exif data & that's it....

or put another letterhead on it - scan it - take a photo and you're done...
i created a student ID with iam student in 5 minutes with my cell phone & was verified immediately - i wasn't arrested for it.

but of course you're still right...
if you want santa claus to come & bring nice presents you don't do that

Well, photo or not - that is indeed a criminal offense. If it gets out, it will be prosecuted and can be punished with up to a year's imprisonment, depending on the extent of the offense. I would therefore strongly advise you not to publish such statements on the Internet. Even if you are hidden here under a user name - the judiciary could find out your identity with the appropriate resolutions.

Just to prove to you that editing a photo file is just as bad - during the pandemic, the university (at least mine) required you to scan your university entrance qualification, otherwise you would have had to do it by post. But they wanted to avoid this, as it is a mega effort (estimated enrollments in winter: 3000 - and the university is rather small compared to others). Normally your Abitur certificate is checked, i.e. the paper is looked at carefully to see if anything has been tampered with. So if someone had come up with the brilliant idea of falsifying their certificate and it had come out - then the person would have lost their place at university anyway and they would have been reported to the police and fined. A court would have decided whether this would have been a fine or a prison sentence. It is by no means a trivial offense.

However, this is all based on the assumption that a casino employee discovers the Manipulation (possibly too badly photoshopped), forwards it to the German authorities, who then successfully demand your data from GJ and a court declares the accused guilty.
