Round 5: ID Card not well readable must be closer to the camera after several times back and forth until they accepted it was a chicane, again payout made. Again rejected.
In the meantime my account has risen to 15000$.
Round 6: Shall make a selfie with a sheet of A4 paper with the text: Hi Cookiecasino.com Last name First name of me and date. No sooner said than done, I made a withdrawal and have been waiting for a payout ever since. After several requests to support the comfort me with please patience we are on it. I don't know if they will charge for the Verification but I didn't get a confirmation that I am verified.
Payout was on 16.08.2020 ca 15Uhr to, today is 3 day and still nothing happened, and in the time I have continued to play and my account is further gewachen have made good wins meanwhile I have already 55000$ on it.
Does anyone have experience with the casino or something similar case that one gives me pair of tips

What is missing now are documents that have been notarized and proof of where the money comes from.
If you have not violated the bonus condition, nothing should stand in the way of a payout, except patience.
Congratulations on the win. But be careful that you don't gamble it all away again. Is there in this casino the possibility to set up a loss limit or to "protect" a withdrawal. Then I would recommend one of the two options.
