in the game there is an increasing Jackpot and if you have wagered 50 euros in the game you are qualified for 24 hours for a share of the jackpot, that means if anyone in the 24 hours in which you are qualified wins the jackpot you get a share of it depending on how high the jackpot is and how many are qualified in total.
on 10.08 i qualified and about 6 hours later the jackpot was triggered but no share was credited to me, i then contacted chat and could immediately see that they had no idea what the game was about, however my request was forwarded. the next day i received an email that i supposedly had an open session in the game and that i should delete the cache cookies etc. which i did even though i knew that i did not have an open session and that i knew that this would not solve the problem.
again i contacted support by email and this time they are checking my issue with a third party (probably playtech).
all they have to check is when the jackpot was triggered, how much it was and the number of qualified players and then my play session showing that i was qualified at the time. so all in all not even an hour of work for a qualified person.
since now 11 days I hear from VS support only they are sorry it could come because it is a third party to delays.
in my opinion, a delay of 11 days is completely unacceptable and if really only the third party is responsible for it, I wonder for what reason you work with such a partner.
i have not described my case in order to agitate against VS but simply in the hope that my public criticism will also reach VS and that there will finally be some movement in the matter
