Hello together

I have been using my credit card to fund a friend's account a few times for the past 2 months to play online slots with him. When he plays alone, he uses his card, but has to load it beforehand because it is prepaid. That's why we used my card several times. In February I deposited a total of 710.- EUR by means of about 10 deposits, the last payment was 90 EUR. Until the last Deposit we lost everything, as usual. But the last 90 EUR had it in itself and we played ourselves up to EUR 2200.-. Since my Well we decided to make a withdrawal. We managed the obligatory Verification with some detours, but the withdrawal was not made. Meanwhile, my friend paid in another EUR 200.- with his prepaid card, since the EUR 2200- was blocked in the payout. Unfortunately, the 200.- EUR were quickly gambled away. Now we waited for the payout and received the following mail:

Thank you for your email and provided documents.

After a thorough investigation of your account and your withdrawal, we notice that you have used another persons credit card to deposit into your player account.

Please note that your account is strictly personal and you are only allowed to use payment methods that lawfully belongs to you solely. Having authorization from the account owner does unfortunately not overrule our terms & conditions.

Due to the fact that the winnings were generated from a 3rd party deposit, we have no other choice than to consider the game play and winnings as invalid. The winnings have been removed from your account and will not be paid out, with the exception of your last deposit of €200. These funds are reflected back on your players balance. The deposit of €90 made with a 3rd party credit card have been refunded back to the account owner and will be available for this person again within 5 bank days.

In our terms & conditions, which have been accepted by you on registration, you can read the following:

"4.7. You acknowledge that you shall only use debit or credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you solely. The use of financial instruments whose ownership is shared with other individuals, is not tolerated and will result in voiding of winnings."

If you receive any text messages stating an admin modification, please note that these are for the transfer of funds from your player account.

Thank you for your understanding.

Meanwhile, we have already complained several times by mail, in case of loss, a foreign credit card is accepted without any problems, but in case of a win, the winnings are immediately canceled. Is this legal ? I know that we accepted the terms and conditions at the time of opening, but we consider this procedure extremely questionable and unjust!

There's nothing to lament here
Stands so everywhere in the agbs that were accepted and thus also legally permissible
If then there is only hope for goodwill eg Deposit back etc but would not necessarily count on it mfg

Is unfortunately the bitter truth and permissible

Is with each casino so, credit card must run on the name of the account holder at the casino

Such requests are becoming more and more here. How can you be so stupid and careless. It's your own fault.

Well, not everyone knows their way around, ne And yes, you can read through the terms and conditions - but does anyone do that?
