Have you deposited there with bonus and also played? My experience in 2 other oc's with multiaccounts...... had me by mistake also 2 times registered but without bonus in each case 20 € deposited....since my data was correct and I used no bonus and so no bonus agbs have violated, since I only used my real money, I could pay out my winnings from it without any problems....had several chats but in which I explained it and referred to bonus agbs I do not use and thus they had to pay out....but just know that it was at golden star casino. The other is already too long ago
