i have been playing at Rizk for a few months and had a good impression of this casino so far.
Now comes the disillusionment.
I deposited a win of 2.100€ to my bank account on Monday, shortly afterwards I received an email with the request of a Verification based on account statements.
I uploaded these immediately on Monday, I had already successfully verified my passport and address data a few weeks earlier.
On Tuesday I wanted to log in and found out that my account was blocked.
Without notice and without any info.
I immediately wrote a mail to the customer support and got a confirmation that mail arrived and is being processed.
On the same day I tried to get an info in the chat but the employee could not give me any information about the reasons.
He told me that he will forward the case to the technical department.
On Wednesday, I wrote another mail and again turned to the chat, again the same game.
Is this a way to deal with customers?
I have made many deposits with Rizk so far and the first time I make a withdrawal, the account is blocked and the customer is left out in the cold.
I find this approach very unserious and customer unfriendly.
I am totally at a loss, because I do not know for what reasons the block took place and whether the money is paid out.
Can anyone give me a Tip on how I should behave or has anyone had a similar experience?
