I have won 5000 € all documents were sent on purpose all rejected where I then stupidly verballert again I get an email their account is now verified after a month I win 2000 and all of a sudden want to verify again and reject all documents very cheeky !!!! And I can not recommend this casino if you are not verified there and they take so much time like no other casino!

Write to the support and warn them that you will complain for their arbitrariness at the competent supervisory authority! Unless the casino is listed here then you can contact caro directly! Then you lock yourself for at least 1 week in the casino, so that it is ensured that you do not gamble away your win again.

Unfortunately kinghotea had to wait a very long time for the Verification and had in the meantime the win gambled away. I was able to negotiate a bonus, which unfortunately didn't help much either.
