Good morning dear community,

i would like to share my current experience with Platincasino and hope for swarm knowledge and help.

Since 07/12/23 I have requested 4 withdrawals totaling €850.

Since 07/12/23 these have been set to "In Progress" but there is no further progress. I have already written to VIP support as I am a platinum member. Unfortunately, absolutely no one gets back to me and I simply get no feedback at all. The Live Chat just puts me off and doesn't give a proper answer either.

Do you currently have the same problem? What can I do to get my money somehow? As the payouts were always around €200 (+), shouldn't it actually be quick? And as a platinum member anyway?
