Hi so I describe the case...
Many years ago I opened an account at wunderino (we call this ***Account A***)
At some point my email address was cracked by someone, I have no access to this email address until today. Since I usually only saved my passwords in my browser, I also lost the pw to my wunderino account. Then I had created ***Account B***, but neither deposited nor played with it.... After a few months I miraculously remembered my pw. Since then I have been actively depositing and playing on wunderino again. Tuesday I had 950€ in payout and the day after my account was locked... because of multi accounts...
I asked the live support if I should send my documents for Verification of ***Account B***, because I still do not have access to the email address of ***Account A***. He wrote yes, I should do it. And now comes the cracker!!!!
