Can you vllt turn to the Provider of Sofort Banking, because somehow the money is supposedly gone. Bank has transferred it and Lapalingo says:
" No it never arrived and if it is a Fehlbuchng it will be reversed, our accounting could not find it because it never arrived, so your bank has transferred it but it did not arrive, ok
