Mr Green: Mr.Green withdrawal confiscated, stalling tactics of customer service!!!!

Moin,

I am very disappointed with mr.green and can advise every player against this site. After a Deposit 50€ and 100% bonus I won around 4000€ and wanted to withdraw 3500€ after I had cleared the bonus. A day later I get a message I would have violated the bonus conditions (too high stake). The money is not paid out. I was told when asked which stakes were too high. These were but all after the bonus was released!

So I asked again to send me my game history with the marked wrong stakes. With which Mr.green justifies the confiscation

The answer was that my request would be forwarded to a specialist department. They would then get back to me.

After 6 days there was no answer. And I again requested proof of the confiscation of my money.

Now another 7 days have passed and this time I have not received any feedback at all.

Moreover, every time I contacted them by e-mail, they had a different service representative.

For me, it looks like a clear consumer screw-up and stalling tactics!

What are my options now other than to take a lawyer?

Best regards

You're scaring me at my regular casino. Never had any payout problems. Only with higher amounts from 2k has it always taken longer than with 200 euros amounts. The customer service has always been very good. Hopefully you get your hard earned money.

Sounds to me like a T&C violation ( 5€ max bet), have my money at Mr Green always get ( the next day in the account).
