Then I got ne mail that also the 2500€ that were left were reduced to 1000€, because allegedly the max payout amount of 5000€ was reached, so they related the wins on the payout requests from the 4000€, although the yes with a completely different deposit and much earlier took place, were only together in the payout requests!
