Hello dear ones,

i'm sorry it took me so long, but I wrote a really long post to open this thread, but unfortunately it seems to have been lost. So I write everything from the beginning. I live in Austria and have recently decided to move to Sweden and wanted to try out some Online Casinos here. I then registered with Casumo and have deposited over a period of 2 weeks ~200 euros and am a two times played up to 500 and lost everything again because I could not withdraw the win. I first tried to withdraw to my Paysafe account but it did not work, then I wrote to the Live Chat and the employee said I could withdraw it to my bank account. I then also tried without success because the system did not allow a withdrawal to Austria apparently only to Germany Norway etc.. So I thought I would open a Swedish bank account but it didn't work because I don't work in Sweden and don't have a tax number here. And now I have the money downplayed while I tried to withdraw it (well you know it as a gambler ) but with the last 50 euros or 500 kronor then hit that here:

Now they want from me a confirmation of my address by a phone bill etc. which I can not offer them because the address is on "awdawdawd1" Stockholm and the phone number (+46) 2131-41231 because I have made a Faceroll on my keyboard, because I never had to verify my address at any other online casino in Austria or anywhere else but only my ID.
My question to you is if there is any hope to withdraw the win or get back the money I deposited in this case. I hope I have described my situation well and would be grateful for any advice
