Good day dear betting community,
i have a question regarding submitted betting slips. Have this afternoon 4 games packed into 2 betting slips, where I have subsequently discovered that the betting Provider has made incorrect statements regarding these 4 games. According to the provider's website (Sunmaker), the 4 games had just started. Thereupon, I placed the bets. A short time later, however, I noticed that the games were already well advanced. All 4 games were just before the half-time whistle. On the website of the provider were still wrong times indicated. I then contacted customer service and asked them to cancel the bets, as I had assumed different game times. This only told me that I would have had bad luck and that the bets can no longer be canceled after the fact. Perhaps someone of you has already made similar experiences and has recommendations on how to proceed or whether there is even a chance to get the money back

50 is already a lot, definitely a pity about it. I have yesterday 75 euros on 2 live bets so 2er combo in basketball set and would have me in any case so annoyed if I had happened the same as you here.
