Hello all,
i reported 2 cases last week on Sunday, one was processed on Monday and the other one is open since then and is the only one left. In the days in between there were 14 and 18 open cases that have been processed, but my case is still open. Has it somehow slipped through the grid, because the chronological processing does not apply.
