it is even more frustrating when you have found 8-10 errors and get 2 coins credited for them
We unanimously decided today at the team meeting that we will not accept more than 10 error messages per day per user for now. We have processed over 1000 error messages in the last few days. If you consider that for each error message we have to spend at least 3 minutes checking (understanding the facts, making changes, assigning coins), this corresponds to an additional working time of at least 3000 minutes, which means about 50 hours of additional work per week.
If we were to increase the limit to 20 messages, it would no longer be possible to process the error messages in a reasonable amount of time, as this would result in about 100 hours or more of additional work. For this we would have to hire at least 2 additional employees.
This is unrealistic, as we cannot estimate how long such a high number of errors will be reported.
Therefore, for the time being, we will stick to 10 reports per day.
We hope for your understanding.
By the way: 28 Paysafe cards have already been distributed and many users still have a decent coin balance saved up for payout.
