i think the casinos should think about something better..you get a mail in which you are usually even addressed by first name - free spins- just enter code xy or writes secret word in the Live Chat & they know immediately what is phase..then you go into the live chat and they want a screenshot..why?would be so complicated to make it obvious who has received one & who has not?!since that seems to be sooo hard I also find it not bad at all at this point to, "cheat" and send a manipulated screenshot..and that is certainly not the reason why there are less and less no deposits but rather the fact that almost all in germany are now illegal & all stingier or as already mentioned a certain customer base is reached!

Thanks for all the suggestions for improvement. In fact, we have adjusted the notice in the user dashboard,
so that it no longer says "You have received x euros in PSC", but now "You have already exchanged GJ Coins worth x €."
Also, we have extended the forum rules with the paragraph "Requests for screenshots referring to No Deposit offers are not welcome from our side and corresponding comments/posts will be removed by us".
We also rechecked the search function and we had decided at that time for performance reasons,
to search for the exact wording. If you search for "Märchenerzähler", you will find all posts where the term occurs.
To search each word or character individually, we do not know of a performant variant.
I.e. if you search for "fairy tale", you will find only posts with "fairy tale".
Or if you search for the word combination "VPN verboten", you will only find posts containing this word combination.
The effort to change this now and also the server load would be too high at the moment, so we stay with the search function.
It would still be interesting if you have problems with the search function. For us it seems as if it would work.
All other suggestions were discussed internally and some were also added to the ToDo list for the future,
e.g. the function to mark winning pictures and winning videos, which are the result of bonus buys.

When I look at the white list of the GGL, I wonder why so many providers here on gamblejoe in no comparison or test and no list appear more ?
By this I mean providers that currently have a gaming offer and / or sports betting offer at the start.
