How exactly does the Top 15 User Online Casinos Ranking work here on Gamble Joe? A few days ago Bet365 was still in 3rd place and now it's not even in the Top 15 anymore, so I'm just wondering how the ranking works?

The reasons why a casino is on our Grey / Blacklist, is always explained on our details page.

There was a small bug with us, which ensured that Greylist casinos were not excluded from the ranking. Since such casinos were usually rated poorly anyway and thus listed at the bottom, we have unfortunately not noticed this bug so far. We have corrected this a few days ago and thus Bet365, as well as all other Greylisted casinos, were correctly excluded from the ranking and have automatically slipped down. Nothing else has changed in the user rankings, of course. The best rated casino is at the top and those with the worst average ratings are at the bottom. So the function is relatively simple, there was only a small error in it.
