The term blacklist means "black list" in German. Such a blacklist usually contains data and details of providers that are not recommendable and reputable for various reasons. Why is an online casino included in a blacklist?
The opposite is the so-called whitelist. Here, the responsible gambling authority in Germany lists, among others, online gaming arcades that have a German license and are accordingly allowed to legally offer online casino games and virtual slot machines. So far, however, the official whitelist is empty, at least in the "online casino games" section, i.e. it does not contain any providers (as of March 3, 2022).
