Hello! Have a few times deposited via Klarna, so immediate transfer at Winota. Now I wanted to withdraw and see that Klarna then always says skrill. I do not even have skrill. the support says that I deposited with Skrill and that I should Deposit but 10€ by bank transfer, then I could pay out everything by bank transfer. Only thing is when I deposit by bank transfer it always comes trustly. And my bank does not support it. Please help me 😳

Why doesn't your bank support this?
They usually do not have to support it. Trustly is a separate payment service Provider that then transfers the money to your bank account as normal

You can no longer Deposit via Trustly with my Commerzbank. But that's done anyway. Have the 200€ rather gambled away before I do me the headache. No idea whether they speculate on it or are just bad. But to the other casinos that are listed here it does not come ran, mmN it will not in the future.

I fully agree that this is still a negative point, and especially for highrollers it seems uninteresting.
