Just got an email... Mr Vegas has temporarily closed the accounts for German players. You can get your balance out on 1.5. and at some point the online casino will reopen . What is going on there? Does anyone know more...or is everything going down the drain now?

I have the poor Lars also quite angezickt and I then also felt totally sorry. Then I said, I know it's not his fault, he should please continue to scold upwards... Hammerhart not only dealing with customers, but apparently even with employees. Respect that he still pulls it off today. I would have taken my hat and gone to the nearest pub....

I find the whole thing extremely strange. Videoslots is one of the largest Online Casinos there is.
Why do they close at such short notice, you could announce it a few weeks before that they are rebuilding the site, etc.?

Requesting the payout via email definitely worked and within a few hours. At least there is nothing to complain about. For this very reason, I will definitely miss Videoslots. Even if the way of leaving was not so cool....
