I use Loilo Game Recorder, it's not as huge as Open Broadcast Software (= OBS, what Gamblejoe suggests) and is actually more worth it if you plan to stream sometimes or if you might want to cover something in the long run (e.g. name in some casinos, with OBS you can then just insert a layer and don't have to struggle with video editing).
Operation is not much more difficult with OBS, you just have to get used to it. Loilo is a bit simpler, settings are limited to the most important: Frame rate, quality and micro settings. Both are free, so you can test both and try what you prefer.
