In the past there were only the mobile and the flash versions, flash is mostly not supported by the mobile devices and from some slots there was only the flash version of it, that's why many slots can't or couldn't be gambled on the mobile.
The HTML 5 version is not yet available. Compared to the Flash version, the HTML 5 version works on both PC and mobile and does not need Flash, I guess in your case the mobile version was replaced by the newer HTML5 version.
