no it does not only happen to you was with sunmaker 10 years at the beginning I also always thought they are serious and have it not necessary ...
until I had some higher wins then all the games started to spin ( internal error, game could not be loaded, they have opened several games, etc..) the support was unfriendly and always said must be with me the error on the whole I was then locked after they have received a lot of money... >:(
