I have the thing now with a lawyer... if already no win (which I have me try to sue, joint account and my wife has only watched) then at least the deposits... are after all over 15,000 in two days...!!! Or what do you say??
What are my chances to get at least the Deposit again ???

The first (large) you will not get back to 99%, the second probably already, if the 2500€ are at all worthwhile to sue. I think the procedure will be much more expensive.

Seriously, why do you do that? Always Deposit from the account what you have deposited. Incidentally, this is just as pointless to accept these bonus gequarkte. Makes only trouble and success goes almost against 0.
