Moin,

i won a large sum today at Karamba Casino and previously deposited via Trustly. What confuses me now is that I can only select Trustly for the withdrawal and the end digits that are specified there as the withdrawal account (e.g. ******7372) do not match my bank account. Is this normal? The gentleman from the Live Chat told me that the bank details never match. So how do I get my money? As I said, it is a large sum and I am totally confused

Aren't those your end digits from the iban?

No, they are not. That's why I find it so strange. As I said, the gentleman from the Live Chat said, with Trustly it would never be the same end digits? Would mean for me, it is transferred to an account xy and then to mine. Just wondering if it's true.

If I pay out via trustly, the end digits in the payout window are of course the same as those of my IBAN. Evt again clarify exactly with the live chat or ggfs request payment again and enter IBAN manually

That's the thing. I can't enter it anywhere. I feel a little fooled. The Iban for the payment is given as *******5272 (end digits changed)

Do you happen to have multiple accounts, deposited with a different account or entered a different iban when making the withdrawal?

With ner normal Trustly payout I also have the default IBAN but because I just Deposit over it and of course use to pay out, would be funny if there is another IBAN arbitrarily which is different from mine
How exactly the payment service Provider handles this, I do not know. But the fact is that in the Trustly payout window must be your own IBAN

Now a lady answered me that it is a transaction number, between Karamba and Trustly. Is this the same for someone else? I do not know why, but I somehow do not sad

A screenshot would help, an IBAN and a transaction number are two different things in a way
