Hello all,
i deposited some amounts to the casino last night using trustly. Then the limit was reached with the instant deposits with Trustly and I had to switch to another payment method. Did that then with Skrill, and got an email (payment receipt) from Skrill.
I had Skrill set up years ago, but never actively logged in there.
Now the casino is asking for a screenshot of my Skrill account
Went to Skrill's website and reset my password... Now I get the message "unable to log in please contact us"
I had set this up years ago and it must be linked to my bank account, otherwise I wouldn't have received an email and on my bank statements I also see the debit with the name "Skrill Limited" But how do I get into this account?
