Hey everyone,

i landed a good hit at BitKingz and am now waiting for the payout.

Unfortunately, I waited 6 days until the first payout. Now I actually have to wait forever until I can withdraw the full amount. According to the terms and conditions, I can withdraw a maximum of 5k per week, 2.5k per day and 20k per month.

It should be added that the first payout only came after I complained to AskGamblers. So as a Tip to everyone - this will probably help.

I've already written to the Live Chat and asked if they can enable a faster payout as compensation for the long wait at the beginning. To no avail.
Then I contacted the VIP manager, to no avail.
