Now my Neteller account is minus 100€ but I have always only deposited and then transferred the deposited amount to OC and I have never overdrawn anything I would be completely new that such a thing is possible at all it was otherwise no more money on my Neteller account on it than the deposited and transferred. Now they ask me to balance my Neteller account I would have to Deposit 100 €. I do not pay 100 € to equalize any minus where I do not even know how such a thing has arisen. They threaten me with account blocking, I don't care if they can but do they take the money that is supposedly missing from my bank?
