I have 3 withdrawals from different casinos going on, now I got the following from my stupid bank:

Make token account, apply for card and withdraw to it, withdraw with the card. Everything else makes no sense with unlicensed providers. You can get into trouble with pretty much any bank and sooner or later the same will happen to you as it does now. The banks are required to do this and do not like to Risk penalties should a control take place.
