Hello all,
i hope that someone can help me? I have made a Deposit of 30€ on 05.01.23 around 22 clock at Wunderino via Sofort Überweisung with Klarna.
The amount was debited from my account directly but on my player account at Wunderino the money has not been credited until today. I have already written several times to the chat and described the problem but another statement than "the money has not yet reached us" I do not get to hear from them. I have also contacted Klarna's customer service and they tell me that the money is still hanging somewhere at Worldpay...
What can I do now?
30€ is not the world but I don't want to give it away either.

At some point I looked in my banking app and saw that there were funds deducted. But nothing arrived at the casino. First I contacted the casino and they said that I should wait.
