Hello everyone,

i haven't been here for a long time because I haven't had a problem for a long time.

Short version:

I deposited money at Vegadream with my virtual credit card from Trade Republic.
Now Vegadream is requesting proof of this for the payout.
I have already sent an email to Trade Republic support asking them to issue me with proof of ownership of my virtual credit card.
However, Trade's support is not the most accessible. In the meantime, are there any other options or solutions you can suggest to me, as I have found more problems than real solutions online regarding proof of virtual cards?

Unfortunately, when I take a screenshot in the app, it doesn't show my name on the card but only the credit card details.
