Then came this Verification process where I clicked through and also a Schufa query was performed. This is the first time I have experienced with a betting provider. I always thought that they ask what in the background, but not that I click myself through there... well in any case, then came a message that I should upload my bank statement. I did that the same day and now I'm still waiting for the payout
Does anyone have experience with betano and already had something paid out?
The support seems a bit unprofessional to me. And this Schufa query is that normal?
