Hello, short question, because I'm not so much familiar with socialtournaments or have never made payout until now
but now i won 5euro as a prize in a Tournament (FTN Fasttoken) and i got email today that i have 11 days to claim payment
my problem is I don't know how to claim it
Already set up a FTN wallet complete with Verification and everything and also added that as a payment method on socialtournaments account
now I don't know what else I need to do / can do? Maybe still verify KYC until now it says in the account at KYC (1/3) maybe it goes only when I have still verified my ID validation with ID etc., or? Have at least also only today my documents ID etc. there by mail sent to KYC validation, mail address so it would have to be verified only by them.

Yes kyc must stand on 3/3 before that is not triggered! Send ID and proof of address then everything should fit
