In therapy all your electronics+phone are locked away so you can focus on therapy for a long time
You can try it yourself and give your gaming stuff to someone who will lock it away for you
That's out of the way for now and you can move on to something else

Why did you graduate from high school? No plans for what you want to be? Maybe you should plan your day a bit more sensibly yourself... Get up... Have breakfast, clean up...then you can satisfy your cravings first...after lunch maybe get some fresh air or give your mother a hand...meet friends... write job applications...kick yourself in the ass a bit & think about whether this is the meaning of your life...
