I had on 29.04 a failed instant transfer in said casino. Money was of course debited and StarGames has also confirmed that the transfer is "returned" only until today this has unfortunately not happened.
I play Des öfteren in the casino because of the fast payout and eigtl helpful and usually good support if something should be times.
Had me last week already reported to the support there I was told that it is in the course of the last week so 7 days back... Unfortunately this did not happen so this week asked again now it says up to 14 days. It is not a huge sum but still it is a bit annoying if you then always get told something different. Has this ever jmd at StarGames and knows about how long it takes or whether anything happens at all?

So 14 days is the rule for something like this in 7 goes although often but that varies depending on the Provider since such problems are not a casino bound problem

Had the problem also already, but with Jokerstar, then there is usually a problem with Sofortüberweisung, Klarana or whatever.it was then Nachgeforscht and after about 4 weeks I had the money at once in the account, what the Gelegen has not really know anyone, but was a procedure!
