Hello,
i received a loyalty bonus of 11€ at Evobet. Then made spins at Gonzo's Quest in the amount of 0.20 and 0.40 cents. In the end I ended up with about 133€ in credit. I kept checking how much I still had to clear and all of a sudden, I guess right from the moment I cleared the bonus, I was kicked out of the game. Then the shock, there was only exactly 56,41€ on the account. In my history also everything looks very funny and you can no longer see that I have unlocked a bonus. Support told me that they can't see anything and I was asked to send an email to the casino with the exact facts.
Guys what is this all about? I feel really awesome screwed and I have never experienced anything like this before. So you need at least 100€ to make a withdrawal. Now everything is clear to me...
