GUTS everyone, I'm here because I don't know what to do anymore and hope you can help me.
I have been with wunderino for years and have easily deposited 20k now I have a payout of 470 and my account has been checked since then, first it said a maximum of 72 hours now it is 2 weeks. Since then I have only been put off that I have to be patient, nothing more. Unfortunately I am dependent on the money this month. Good suggestion. They also didn't respond to me until I left a factual and bad review on Trustpilot. In this review, I pointed out that I hadn't been able to pay out for months and that I would report this to GGL. My account was also restricted. I could neither pay in nor out.

I have never heard of trustpilot but I will find out exactly what I have to do and I will definitely not put up with it. Unbelievable that it is a German site because of Player protection etc. so many ridiculous requirements1000€maximum per month and bet maximum 1€ and then you pay 3 years in never problems then you pay out something and suddenly they pull something like this off a mixture of ridiculous and foreign shame maybe just go back to the good old spilo.
