Hello,

I have been a customer of LocoWin for years and am now on a high level of the VIP program. I regularly receive 50 euros from Locowin as a bonus without any real turnover requirements.

Now was the following situation.

I got credited 50 euros, played these 50 euros down to 0.00 euros and then deposited 100 euros.

So I did some research locowin writes itself in the bonus conditions under point 1.16. Should the Deposit money and the associated bonus money be used up before the turnover requirements have been met, his or her account will be exempt from the remaining turnover requirements.
