Hello,
the following problem: I won a rather large sum at Lapalingo about 4 weeks ago. Immediately afterwards I started the Verification on the site to withdraw the money as soon as possible
Meldebestätigung including identity card were laboriously accepted after I had to send the Meldebestätigung 2 times
I then assumed that everything was now done... Unfortunately, I then received an email from Lapalingo that this would not be enough and I had to upload a picture of me including ID and sheet of paper with current date and website on which I want to verify myself on lapalingo
After I did this, I thought it was finally done. However, my picture was rejected without any further reason after about 5 working days. Since I have read this problem now often on forums I would like to know how to proceed against it and if there is someone who can possibly help?

Before I Deposit, I verify myself in principle, after that sometimes come requests for documents but never had problems. WAIT, do not gamble the coal and be persistent, if from your side no mistakes were made.
