Hello all,

i have banned myself several times for Gambling addiction prevention. But was able to log back in each time due to the time limit.

I wanted to know when exactly I had locked myself with the reason for the lock. Lapalingo refuses to give out the information and points to a chat with the support....

I had read in the Player protection document of the MGA, that every member is obliged to collect the information and to give it out on demand....

Any experience with this?

Greetings

Still no reaction at all. Neither here in the forum nor by email......

And what's the point of all this? Am I the only one who doesn't understand why this is important?

Actually, a casino should permanently block anyone who blocks himself, because without having a gambling problem, it is quite relaxed possible to simply no longer visit the casino 🤔

I have been blocked everywhere.

At Lapalingo I have locked myself out 7 times, each time giving the reason of gambling addiction.

I have all the information together. I have also given the MGA the hint that Lapalingo clearly allows gambling addicts to continue playing even though the Gambling addiction is known.

At Lapalingo I was also only completely blocked after I wrote to the live chat.

Now lapalingo wants to explain to me that they did not know about my gambling addiction, even though I have been locked out 7 times exactly because of it....

An addiction is unfortunately so knitted that you always return to where you know that works there, have thereby lost over 10k€.

I have read through the MGA license terms on the subject of Responsible gaming there is described that the licensees must track something like that, even with software.

So lapalingo now wants to explain to me that a player who locks himself out 7x because of gambling addiction can not be a potential gambling addict?

Lapalingo calls its own lockout a cool down period.... Convenient not to get rid of gambling addicts but to lure them back to the casino after a certain time...

Lapalingo calls its own lockout a cool down period.... Practical not to get rid of gambling addicts but to lure them back to the casino after a certain time...

Oh, so you want your money back from Lapalingo, because you should not have played there, right? Because you have blocked yourself there.

Lapalingo is also the last crap! That they have at all ne mga license is nen joke
It is indeed large the note permanent lock only via contact, but that's a joke. Responsible Gaming is there 0 available.

Imo sites like lapalingo should not actually be promoted!
