i have a problem and now registered here in the forum and hope to get help.
On Friday 10.04.2020 I registered at GOWILD and deposited 240€, here I received a Welcome bonus and gambled all the money, except 0,00€.
On 14.04. I have deposited again 50€.
Here I had played my way through various games to a little over 6,000€ and initiated a payout of 5,000€.
The remaining money is now gone.
My documents for Verification I have still submitted on 14.04..
On 16.04. I received the e-mail below and am now at a loss as to what I can do.

Good that you have ripped the bonus from the first Deposit completely to 0,00€. But are you sure that you didn't get a second bonus? Maybe you played any free spins you got when you made the deposit. Maybe you played a slot from the beginning that only showed you the real money balance, as it is forbidden for bonus funds. I have had very bad experiences with the cancel withdrawal feature so far and for this reason I locked myself out of playing for 1 week after requesting a withdrawal.
After I read the post from Royal777 and the promotions I was unfortunately not quite sure myself if I did not get a 25€ bonus.

Free spins I play in principle only when the money is gone. I also briefly looked at the game history yesterday and saw that I started directly with normal games.
