As mentioned, I had requested a sebstauschluss in an online casino by mail. This was also confirmed to me
Nevertheless, I was able to Deposit money, a total of almost 1,000 €
Now I have sent a complaint and requested a refund, because in my opinion it is an unjust enrichment of the casino. The block is now after again mail contact in. My request is since a week in the department
Has anyone had experience with this and got their money back?
Have me not in Debt yet deposited money there to get the loss out and I know, I'm also to blame there^^

First of all, which casino is it? Normally you should get the money back. Conversely, if you had won and requested a payout, they would not have been allowed to pay you out and would have returned your deposits.
