But then it happened. 1€ bet on Jamming Jars and won 14.453€. Unbelievable but was. The limit when withdrawing is 5000€ per week, which I did right away.

Now I get a nice mail:
"The session in which you have won we have forwarded to the game Provider so that they can verify the wins. Thank you for your understanding and patience."
That was almost 5 days ago now.
Is this normal or just a way to delay the payout so you end up gambling a little before you can pay it all out?

Am not a friend of Drückglück (side is always pretty weird with me) but must say is a normal procedure there no worries
They just want to make sure that this awesome win should come so and no error in the system was what almost never happens
So you should get your money already they just need a few days to check the whole thing should they want to deny your money for other reasons they would have done that in my opinion so as I said no panic and congratulations

You don't have to worry, it's a common occurrence. In DoA 2 I had several big hits, magnitude again significantly above yours, all these payouts were verified and that by the Provider (NetEnt). So it's not a scam but quite common. With weekend in between just bischen longer.
On the 5th day it went off with me but with the payout... Congratulations...

Why do not you actually play only permanently dead 2 if you make as far as only plus?
