Hey, I am a bit desperate with Casumo. The Deposit worked very easily, the withdrawal did not.
I have had a Casumo account for about 2 years, this was one of many deposits - with a bit of luck though, I had won this time.
After I won, I was unclear if I still need to verify my account or if I had already done this once - so I wrote the live support.
I asked if any documents were still needed for the withdrawal (then I would send them directly so it would be faster) and how long the withdrawal would take, I was told (and I quote):
"We process payouts within 72 hours. Normally we are much faster though. Right now we wouldn't need any documents from you for a payout."
Now 4 days passed and nothing happened, my payout was from "pending" and "unverified". Now at the end of the 4th day when I logged in, there was a message after all, I need to verify.
