i've been in the online casino world for a long time and I've probably signed up at 10 different casinos.

Now I landed a few months ago at Cashi Mashi.
Have deposited over the months a 4 digit amount and in between times made smaller payouts of up to 300 €.

The first payouts were paid out to me within max. 48 hours (it was not even a Verizifierung necessary).

I was told directly that this time my ID card was still blurred, which is actually impossible, because I have checked this again afterwards, of course, so that exactly this does not happen again. The info came this time again directly from support and I have the 2 time no info about it by email.

Now I have made the whole thing a 3x time, have checked all images again exactly on sharpness and submitted everything again. Again 3 days no feedback, so again to the support. There I was not even given any real info on it this time, but was just told that an info would be forwarded to the appropriate place for quick processing. Funny, the last one from support answered me on my demand of a fast processing that he can't accelerate anything - it looks more and more unserious to me.

Now 2 days have passed again, no feedback, no processing.

I am beginning to have the very unpleasant thought that stalling tactics are being used here, so that the player may gamble away the money again during his waiting time. In addition, the service is very poor in my eyes and since I have many comparisons, I must say, so bad in processing time was by far no casino.

So my current conclusion is this: Withdrawals over a certain amount are in my opinion deliberately delayed or simply not processed.
For me, this is simply an impertinence and really has nothing to do with a reputable casino.

The whole thing now goes 2.5 weeks to check 2 documents and confirm my withdrawal - this is all far from a good casino...

I will now wait for the weekend and if nothing comes by Monday, then I will take other steps.
The money I won is due to me and I will definitely stay on it - I will not give in on the amount either, I simply deposited too much for that...

I am now extremely p**sed off by the situation and p**sed off!
